Benefits

Biodegradable Components

The only product on the market based on difenoconazole that contains biodegradable components, a significant proportion of which are derived from renewable sources. This product aligns with the definition of sustainable agriculture and meets the requirements of food producers and the brewing industry.

Pre-Harvest Interval

The only product on the market based on difenoconazole that contains biodegradable components, a significant proportion of which are derived from renewable sources. This product aligns with the definition of sustainable agriculture and meets the requirements of food producers and the brewing industry.

Convenience and ease of use

Use of the product does not require to comply with pre-harvest interval, including for plants intended for fodder.

Active Substance Residue Level Below the Quantification Limit

The use of ULT AGRO technology, based on a proliposome matrix, enables rapid and effective fungicidal action – users no longer need to consider the choice of adjuvants and surfactants. The presence of phospholipids enhances the adhesion of spray droplets to leaves and facilitates the absorption of the fungicide into plant cells.

Reduction of Active Substance Dose by up to 40%

Studies have shown that the residue level of the active substance difenoconazole in plants treated with Disfera 090 EC is not only below the EU-established maximum residue levels but – most importantly – below the limit of quantification (0.01 mg/kg).

Innovative Active Substance Carrier: Liposome

The applied technology enables effective control of pathogenic fungi using a lower quantity of the active substance difenoconazole per hectare of protected crops. This environmentally friendly solution aligns with the principles of sustainable agriculture – combining environmental care with the rational use of plant protection products.

Technology

Patented Technology

Synthos AGRO is the first manufacturer in Poland and worldwide to register a groundbreaking plant protection product – Disfera™  090 EC – based on patented liposome technology (ULT AGRO).

More
Mixing Compatibility

Disfera™  090 EC contains only non-ionic surfactants, adjuvants and other key formulation components, ensuring excellent compatibility with other agrochemicals in tank mixtures.

More
Effectiveness and Penetration = High Bioavailability of the Active Substance

Liposomes provide a stable and safe delivery system for the active substance difenoconazole, enhancing its absorption and enabling faster action within plant cells.

More
Higher Yield

Studies have shown that Disfera™  090 EC supports increased crop yields: winter wheat – yield increase of 0.9 t/ha (+12.30%), winter triticale – yield increase of 0.5 t/ha (+7.14%), winter oilseed rape – yield increase of 0.7–0.8 t/ha (+20.50% or +23.50%).

Product

Disfera™ 090 EC

A groundbreaking fungicide based on a proliposome matrix, formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) for preparation of a water-based emulsion. The product has systemic action and is intended for both preventive and curative use in the protection against fungal diseases.

TARGET CROPS:

  • Winter and spring oilseed rape
  • Winter wheat
  • Winter triticale
  • Soybean
  • Others (false flax, flax, opium poppy, brown mustard, white mustard, black mustard, sunflower)

Active substance content:

difenoconazole 90 g/l

Application Recommendations

Winter oilseed rape

Phoma stem canker

Dose: 1.0 l/ha

Apply preventively or immediately upon the first signs of disease. Treatment should be carried out from the stage when the second internode is visible to the stage when nine or more internodes are visible (BBCH 32–39).

Sclerotinia stem rot

Dose: 1.15 l/ha

Apply preventively or at the first visible symptoms of disease. Perform the treatment from the stage when the first flowers open to full flowering (approx. 50% of flowers on the main raceme are open, older petals falling) (BBCH 60–65).

Winter wheat

Powdery mildew of cereals and grasses, Brown rust, Septoria leaf blotch, Leaf spot, Glume blotch

Dose: 1,0 l/ha

Apply preventively or at the first signs of disease from the third node stage to full ear emergence (50% of the inflorescence exposed) (BBCH 33–55).

Apply no more than 1–2 times per season, with intervals of 14–21 days. If two treatments are necessary, the first should be performed by the beginning of flag leaf sheath swelling (early ear development) (BBCH 41), the second from the stage when 30% of the inflorescence is visible to full ear emergence (BBCH 53–55).

Winter triticale

Powdery mildew of cereals and grasses, Brown rust, Septoria leaf blotch, Glume blotch

Dose:
1.0 l/ha

Apply preventively or at the first symptoms of disease from the third node stage to full ear emergence (50% of the inflorescence exposed) (BBCH 33–55).

Spring oilseed rape, camelina

Phoma stem canker

Dose: 1,0 l/ha

Apply preventively or at first signs of disease. Perform the treatment during main stem elongation, from the second internode visible to nine or more internodes visible, or from when the main stem reaches 20% of its final length to 90% (BBCH 32–39).

How to properly prepare the spray liquid of Disfera™ 090 EC

1. Prepare a premix

Measure the required amount of product and mix in a separate container with 5-10 times more water, stirring until a uniform mixture is obtained.

At this stage, liposomes are formed.

2. Add the premix to the sprayer tank

Pour the premix through a sieve into the sprayer tank, half-filled with water (with the agitator running), then top up with water to the required volume and mix thoroughly.

3. Spray with the agitator running.
